Very nice. It looks like it has been a good trip so far.

Hi Alice, Calypso, and Family, Great to read you made it through all that farm country in Illinois. The wind turbines are a new sight but a great way for the farmers to earn some extra income. My uncle’s 400 acre farm in Northern Indiana has cell phone towers on it for extra income! Calypso will be happy that her trusty scooter came along for the northern adventure. I read some where they have studded bike tires for winter travel. Wisconsin has some pretty nice rock formations from looking at your photo. The cooler temps are a welcome relief. Yeaterday’s cold front thru eastern NC brought needed rain and temps in the mid 80’s and drier air for a change! Wish I was looking out over Lake Superior. Six month old Sasha is in heat right now and flirting with the 3 males here. No way is this puppy having puppies! Thanks for the updates and photos! Dave and the fur kids
