A few days ago we had a beautiful heavy frost (our heaviest this year I think) that was all over the trees as well as the ground. The strangest thing of all was that the woods felt and sounded the way they do after a snow. I wonder if it has to do with ice.

Anyway, things have warmed way up now and I am busy preparing for my next race this weekend. It’s going to be a lot of fun but I’m going to be totally stressed by that point.

Yesterday I went on a run with Calypso and a couple and their husky. They tried out my scooter with their dog and I tried out their bike attachment (called a springer) with Calypso. I prefer the scooter and I think they did too.
